What to include

• The page URL (for example the homepage or a specific calculator slug)
• The inputs you entered and what result looked wrong
• Browser and device if the issue is visual or interactive
• Screenshots only if they help — never send Social Security numbers or account passwords

We read support mail to fix the product and answer methodology questions. We do not use it to build an insurance lead list or forward your message to agents.

What we do not handle here

NeedTally does not take insurance applications, collect quote requests, or match you with agents. Questions about an existing policy — claims, loans, riders, suitability, or cancellation — belong with your insurer or a licensed professional in your state.

If your question is only what a term policy might cost, wait for the premium pages or ask a licensed producer; the needs tally on this site sizes obligations and gaps, not premiums.
